QFL001 and QFL002 are very high brightness LED replacements for Floodlights. The design provides an attractive blend of high power output, compact size and elegant heat sink design.
They use a 30W or 50W LED Array chip to develop this much power. The casing is similar in size to a standard floodlight and provides generous heatsinking. It never reaches high temperature. The unit is IP rated and designed for outdoor use.
QFL001/QFL002 can produce similar results to a 200 / 400W standard halogen floodlight.

Energy savings
LED bulbs are an excellent way to save money. They give you a 80-90% saving on your electrical cost compared to standard halogen floodlights. Even against an "energy saver" halogen lamps they still provide 60-70% energy savings.
Energy saving is cost saving. LED lamps last around 50 thousand hours. For most of us this means 7 years+ in the busiest places and DECADES when they are not used as often or for long periods. They typically pay back their purchase cost within 12-18 months (by the electrical savings alone!) and thereon you are saving for many years to come.

Product Guidance ...
These LED floodlights are the latest technology, they provide huge output based on their single chip array LED, 30W and 50W from a single chip. They are very bright and the 30W can light up a typical back garden. For larger coverage the 50W provides even more output.
The big advantage comes in the fact these lights save a huge amount of money if you run them often, and provide a very long lifetime compared to standard floodlight lamps.
Normal lamps dont like to be switched on and off too often, it damages their lifetime. If you have a security floodlight with a PIR sensor, then this is all they do. It's why your floodlight bulb wont give you the stated hours lifetime of actual use.
Floodlight lamps are not the easiest things to change. You need to handle the bulbs with gloves and in many cases we'd find the rubber seals and fixing screws weathered and rusted, and end up having to change the whole unit. These floodlights dont have this problem. Just fit them and enjoy years of service while saving power.
